Tim Dwight visited the Iowa state capitol on February 10th, 2010, to encourage adoption of incentives for renewable energy, including "Energy Independence Payments", commonly known as Feed-In Tariffs. He was joined by Representative Mark Kuhn and Senator Daryl Beall. They are encouraging the adoption of "Energy Independence Payments", more commonly known as "Feed-In Tariffs".
