What I didn't see in the video was mention of or video of the suspension system, which would have had to have been upgraded considerably to compensate for the added weight of the batteries. Our people had quite a time dealing with that issue.
Great job, do you power it by the sun now? would be great to have a few panels on the roof to trickle charge when not in use or even better, while in use, maybe next time. I think it sounds kinda cool but my Leaf doesn't have hardly any sound at all. The windup sound is kinda cool and much quieter in the cab I'm sure. @John Christensen @mtvsolar.com
