This is the Slayer Exciter being run on indoor solar light only---no batteries. A small solar panel is capturing indirect solar energy through a window. The oscillator is shown not only illuminating leds but also transmitting a radio signal to a small radio nearby. An AV plug LED indicator is shown lighting up when put in a small glass of water.
