Aug. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Robert Dane, chief executive officer of Solar Sailor Holdings Limited, talked about the potential of environment-friendly marine transportation in Hong Kong and China.¶¶¶ Solar Sailor owns patented "solarsail" technology, which can harvest wind and solar energy on any vehicle and has developed hybrid marine power technology for a variety of applications from small unmanned vessels, to ferries, cruisers and tankers, according to the company's website. Solar Sailor's technology is on dispaly at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai, and the company has sold boats to the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Dane speaks in Hong Kong with Bloomberg's Danielle Tran.
