On the program: - Governor Bob mcdonnell signs a series of bills to promote green energy, including a new agency to promote off-shore wind. - Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli wants the courts to stop the EPA from issuing new standards for auto fuel efficiency. - The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is recommending that the Cape Wind project on Nantucket Sound be rejected because of "destructive" effects on dozens of nearby historic properties. - More than 100 workers have been rescued after being trapped a week in a flooded Chinese coal mine. - Five dead after an explosion at the Tesoro refinery in Washington. www.cleanskies.com
